Bad service - Payment made however account is actioned under missed payment

I am appauled by how outdated your payment system is. I am currently unable to utilize my Mobicred account because your outdated system only priorities debit order payments. The EFT payment I made has been reflecting on your account since the 24th of March however my account is temporarily blocked from making any purchases because its action under missed payments. My monthly premium is less than R300 and i paid R1 000 and yet its actioned under missed payment till month end thats just ridiculous rendering the client unable to utilize it until you decide to action it as a paid account on your side. This is terrible service I tell you.
