Bad Service Greyhound and Mobicred

I have made a booking on 2019-09-26 and had trouble to make the booking. I have first booked through Nedbank which I had problems with. Then through Mobicred and then through my Capitec account which were done through Andiswa via phone. I received my Mobicred account on 2019-10-17 and were also charged. Since Greyhound informed me Mobicred must reverse the payment after middle Oct I have informed Mobicred to credit my account and am I still waiting for the refund. I pay interest on the amoount since end of September which is unfair. Please assist
