Bad service from mobicred

This must be one of the worst facilities to have, i couldnt make a purchase on saturday because the facility was blocked i cant get ahold of their customer service team because this happened in tye afternoon after they are offline. Its sunday & i still cant get assistance to unblock my account because they're offline on sundays. I have sent countless emails in the last few weeks about this issue however it keeps on happening. Im so frustrated with this that im considering closing this account its too much hasle when using it. One has to continously phone them to have my account unblocked if i make more than one purchase in a day. Now its the weekend and there is no one to assist with this nonsense.
