BAD SERVICE!
I made 2 purchases with Takelot early December 2023 and used my MOBICRED account , the items were both faulty and I had to returned the items. I send several emails to ask if I will het a refund, since a paymentof R360 was deductedin December....no response The whatsapp take about 2 to 3 working days for someone to reply... feedback i received from the agent on whatsapp *Please contact takelot for the refund request. *You may proceed and report. MOBICRED Total Incompetancy!!! I've asked to close my account and this was the feedback I received from the agent? *All Takealot refund are reflecting on your Mobicred account, however there is an outstanding balance of R360.63 that need to be paid. Fees and interest will be recalculated. Our books closes on the 15th, for now we are unable to terminate the account . Does that mean you will deduct again in January for items I dont have? R720! ! FOR INTEREST ON FAULTY ITEMS?
