Bad service

I don`t understand how companies like Take a Lot is even doing business with them I don`t know. I open an account in 2018 , but did not use it, I now want to use it , and was told there is a block on as the account was inactive. So sent all my details, that was 3 days ago , and no one can help. I can log into my account and it shows all my details, and it does not show inactive. And no one can help!! I now missed the deal because all of their incompetence.
