Bad service and non-existent communication

I have been trying to close my account since last week, with my full amount paid up and I still had my account debited this morning even though I don't owe them anything. Emails get ignored and the phone lines don't work. Am I supposed to go to their offices in town to get this settled? I want a refund on my latest debit order and I want my account closed as I will not be using this account anymore. You can't keep debiting my account with a full balance paid up. This is terrible service. The Ts & Cs indicate that customers are able to terminate their account as soon as it's paid up. When you keep debiting my account and I owe you nothing, THAT IS *****ING. I want someone to contact me immediately. I can't believe that reputable stores like takealot and superbalist work with them. Contact me immediately. ***.
