Bad service and a ****

Mobicred is the worst **** of a business. Settled my account with them 2024 June.July 2024 got a statement of an amount that was billed a day after I settled the account.Contacted them phone,email,WhatsApp …response ‘I will escalate and the relevant department will get back to you’. It’s the same exercise every month whilst I get statements of the amount that keeps rising. WhatsApp is the worst , get a consultant a day later then it’s the tag line the ‘escalate’ consultants refuse to explain what they see on the account and immediately cut you off the chat. The email address *** on their WhatsApp chat does not *** no reply since 2024 to date. I see their reply to reviews on Hellopeter and I ask myself where do people really contact you directly for real assistance especially the relevant department that keeps being mentioned as there is never a reference number ever given
