Bad Service

I made a payment on my account but to my surprise the account is still blocked every time I have to make a purchase I need to call in and deal with *********** agents who don't know their work.

Today 270120 I spoke to Brandon Fourie and he said that " There is a security block on my account and he doesn't know why but I can go ahead and purchase" and to my surprise the purchase declined AGAIN.

I have never in my life dealt with such *********** people who expect me to spend almost my entire day calling them just to be assisted by idiots.
