BAD SERVICE

Mobicred is the Worst of the Worst Credit Companies of which I know to Exist in South Africa. We wanted to Purchase some Solar Equipment from the Solar Warehouse in South Africa, so my Wife app**** for a Mobicred Account some 48 hours ago by Completing her Personal Details, her Affordability Study and her Banking Details. After Receiving a Quotation by email, they Phoned once to ask some questions and from there on, we have Not Heard from them again. We tried to Phone them on ***, only to find Muted Audio on the other End. We tried to Email them on *** only to get a No-Reply Automated Response with Reference Numbers *** and ***. How can there be Mutual Trust if Mobicred Vanishes from the Radar as soon as they are Done, Phishing your Personal and Banking Details? How would Mobicred be able to Solve Disputes if they Can Not Even Solve a New Credit Application? This Company Can Not Be Trusted as the Game of Hide and Seek Simply Predicts Trouble.
