BAD SERVICE

Cant get anything out of the company. They stopped sending statements in August 2020, since then i have been trying to get hold of them. I paid in full just to get away from this service. still no statement, I have tried calling, you wait on the line for 40 minutes with no end. I have tried email, comes back as returned. I tried whatsapp, which takes for ever and then just closes on you while you are busy dealing with someone... useless service... Was thinking of using this for my online shop, but ill rather not let my client work with such a company.
