Bad experience with MobiCred

I would like to lodge a complaint about a credit facility company called Mobi Cred that was supposed to investigate my purchase query but it has been 2 weeks now and I am not getting enough help or support from them. After applying for credit the facility offered me R4000 credit limit and I attempted to purchase items at an online furniture store for the amount of R3397. On the furniture store website as I proceeded to "Pay" with Mobi Cred I got an error message to say I must contact my credit facility as the purchase was not successful. I never received a confirmation from the website all I got was the error message. I called Mobi cred since the 1st of July and they confirm that the purchase was successful on their side however when I call the online furniture store they do not see any order that was successful under my name. I called Mobi Cred again to explain what the store has told me but all they are telling me is that they will investigate the issue and provide feedback even the manager is not coming back to me with feedback.
