Bad customer service (whatsapp)
Have been a customer for a while and I'm happy with the service I recieved is just that customer care is little bit on the bad side, they encourage you to make use of their whatsapp but no one replies on there or even read your messages. Another thing I noticed is that in terms and conditions there is a option of limit increase but it's unavailable that is basically false advertising.
