BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/ Need help !

Mobicred Customer Service Ref: *** - I've made numerous calls to get my account unblocked due to a aim swop. Now that it's fixes, I'm still unable to go into my app or use the services because the account is locked! I've called twice and made an enquiry (ref above) . I'm waiting for a call back. Come on , your customer service has never been so bad. PLS CAN I BE CALLEd URGENTLY
