BAD BAD SERVICE - *********** PERSONNEL - NOT ADHERING TO THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I loved having Mobicred, but closed it due to personal reasons. Upon contacting Mobicred to reopen my account, I was told that I can't reopen my account, and I also can't reapply. Thus, I am not allowed to ever have a Mobicred account again.

This is beyond silly, what type of company won't allow you to come back when you have never even missed a payment.

Their own terms and conditions are very clear: You may terminate this agreement at any time by contacting us and informing us hereof. We will provide you with a settlement amount that you must pay us and after receipt and processing of such payment, we will close your account. If you wish to reopen your account, you will need to apply again; in which event, we cannot guarantee that you will be extended credit again or if your application is successful, that you receive the same credit limit again.

SO ACCORDING TO THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU CAN APPLY FOR ANOTHER ACCOUNT AFTER CLOSING PREVIOUS ONE, BUT WHEN YOU WANT TO DO THAT, THEY JUST SAY YOU CANNOT OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT AFTER CLOSING PREVIOUS ONE. THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SIES MAN
