arrears on account not resolved

November 2020 I got an email from mobicred for my monthly statement which I immediately made payment to settle the outstanding amount, and I emailed the proof of payment to mobicred. March 2021 I received a call saying that I owe mobicred, I forwarded the same email I had sent in November with the proof of payment. I later received an email saying the issue has been resolved. When I draw my credit score today, I was puzzled to see outstanding payments for Mobicred while I know I don't owe Mobicred anymore.
