Appalling Service! Expect Delays.

Appalling does not begin to describe the poor customer service of Mobicred. I submitted my request for an account about two weeks ago and expected to receive a debicheck request which did not happen. I called and dealt with several consultants via WhatsApp, and they provided the same standard response that my query was escalated. It's almost two weeks, and nothing of substance has been done. You'd think they would try to improve their service given the reviews they have received, but they do not seem to be doing that. I would not recommend Mobicred at all.
