Appalling Lack of Service from Mobicred

I would not recommend Mobicred to anyone. All I receive from them are empty promises via email / whatsapp chat of being told that someone will make contact with me. I have received a paid up letter from them, yet they still have my account open after 6 months. There are excuses from the account manager who "was' assisting me stating she was on leave; sorry she forgot to reply to me, etc... There are also issues on my ITC thanks to them as stated on their recon and my credit report and yet they are not resolving this either. I have sent countless emails and again sent it today and have finally stated in my last email to them that If I receive no feedback, I am approaching the ombudsman as this is having a negative effect on my credit profile to which I have proof from the bank.
