Appaling Service - not contactable
Your telephone number ***)never works, forever saying it's outside of working hours😡!How must we contact you for urgent matters as your chatbot and whatsap lines are just useless????
For numerous days, I've been sending messages to say that I need to change my credit limit. Can someone get back to me!!

09 May 2025, 08:15 Your whatsapp agents are still not helping at all, not that it even makes sense, knowing that your telephone line is dysfunctional to conduct your full customer service only through whatsapp as this is now becoming a long chain from 1 agent to the next, with each agent asking you to start explaining from scratch (absolute laziness & madness)!
Why are you people not calling your customers if your call centre line doesn't work, this is INSANE!!! ?
