Mobicred has got to be one of the worst service providers . Firstly, my account was blocked and I do not know why because I have been using the same details since I created the account. I called in and asked for assistance but that didn’t help as my account is still blocked . I did the forgot password thing(even though I didn’t forget my password) that didn’t help either. It kept sending a temporary password of which it doesn’t take it says it’s incorrect. Tried their WhatsApp Chanel and I didn’t get any help from there either . I am now stuck trying to book flights to see my kids but Mobicred isn’t allowing me to do that. This has been ongoing for a few months and I am hoping this will help me.
