I have settled your account months ago yet you still appear on my credit report, i have been calling your call centre and i am always being told you will be removed in 31 days, it has been 3 months now since i settled through DMC, if you did not have agreement with DMC to collect on your behalf then i sugget they pay me back my money then i settle direclty with you in order for you to be removed from my cretid report. Either you are removed from my credit report or i guess i will have to report DMC for ***** since you clearly did not have any sort of agreement with them.
