Good day, this is Zanele. I have been waiting for a settlement quote / letter from Mobicred since Tuesday and today is Friday, actually it's the end of the business day on Friday now and l haven't received same. When l requested it on Tuesday via telephone, l was told to wait for 24 hours and l will receive it but nothing came through. I called on Wednesday after the 24 hours and was told the same thing to wait for 24 hours but nothing came through. Yesterday l tried their WhatsApp line and was told that a request was placed for the settlement quote / letter and it's Friday today but l haven't received the settlement letter. What is so hard about giving someone their settlement letter, really. I'm annoyed and angry at the same time. Do something about this. I need that settlement quote / letter
