26 Jul 2019, 19:54I would like to report this business as *********** and very unhelpful. I have now been struggling to get hold of anyone in the accounts department to assist me as when trying to make a purchase it keeps declining my purchase but my order are submitted with the merchant. The merchant then get angry with me for no payment made. I have been contacting Mobicred customer service for also more than 3 months on a weekly basis. Each time I am informed someone will get back to me to resolve my account issues and still NO response. This is the worst service I have ever received. But come every month they debit my account but no service are delivered.
And this is suppose to be such a wonderful company
I want answers but NO ONE response to me
