Amazing Client Service

Waseema was simply amazing on the call. It has really been a long time since I have spoke to such a helpful and understanding Call Centre agent. I called multiple times around the OTP problem and she was the first person to take her time and listen to my problem. She then went out of her way to assist me to resolve it and even called me back when she said she would. The problem is still not completely resolved but I am a happy customer. Well doen Waseema, keep fighting the good fight
