Almost a year late Mobicred hasn't resolved my case, whilst I keep on paying them

A month ago I complained here that mobicred blocked my account after ***** activity in August 2024 it's almost August 2025 they still haven't got back to me whilst I continue making payment on an account that is blocked and not getting statements. I feel like they now want to de***** me too by not sending statements whilst I pay and not even communicating with me about my account
