Almost 3 months and voucher not refunded.

I purchased a Money market voucher for the amount of R2000 on 6 March '24. Shoprite app never accepted my cell phone number and i could not redeem the voucher. Tried getting the voucher from Shoprite, but they told me to contact Mobicred. I have contacted Mobicred and asked that the voucher be cancelled in the month of March '24, but the R2000 was not refunded into my account. In the last 2 months, I have contacted Mobicred on multiple occasions to get an update on the refund, but the matter was only escalated every time. This matter needs to be resolved now!
