All credit customers be wary of Mobicred

What an inept and spiteful Company to deal with. I opened an account with Mobicred in 2018. However due to circumstance I had to sequestrate myself in June 2018, and thus the credit owed to Mobicred became part of my Insolvent estate. I rehabilitated in October 2020, but Mobicred refuses to remove all balances and close the account on the Credit Bureaus and are thus in contravention of the Law governing Insolvencies. Credit Bureau’s comply each time I complain and close the record, but Mobicred simply re-opens the record showing me in arears from date of rehabilitation. You cannot get through to their call centre at all. Please be aware of this Company. Once you have taken credit with them you will never get rid of them.
