Account still accessible after closing it twice

Account still open? I've called and closed it twice now.

Why can i still log into my online Mobicred account after it is has been closed. I am going to check, and if my credit record shows that you still appear on my name as open credit I will be handing this over to the ombudsman.

Trying to clear my name of linked credit, but you are just impossible to get rid off it seems.
