Account locked time after time

My account is locked again. Just a few days after struggling to get it unlocked for more than a week. Incorrect password not entered as password is saved after previous issues. This is unacceptable. What is this incorrect login details issue? Why was this not sorted out. I got my account and haven't even been able to use it once!!!!Horrible service, would not recommend to anyone.
