Account Locked

My Account has been locked for days now. Been calling, sending WhatsApp messages, emails but no response.

Going through the reviews here and on the website, I fear this might take 2 years to resolve.

Kindly prove us wrong and assist with urgency like you do when you debit our accounts every month please.
