Account handed over to attorneys

<p>After being in arrears with my account for a few months, I've been making regular payments of R 1000 each for the past 3 months.</p> <p><br />Today, I receive a sms stating that the account has been handed over to ITC BA for collection.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then emailed their Customer Service and till now absolutely no response has been received.</p>
