Account Department is very Pathetic

After 2 transcactions, and no explaination, they closed my account, enquired at customercare and no suitable answer, although my debit orders were going off without a hitch, so still very confused about the write off and the reason, I am troubled because this is not or how I Run my accounts, So in my opinion , its great way of way but the system is not run properly.
