Absolutely........USELESS

Absolutely.......useless.

I've paid up and closed this account in Nov 2020. Since then I've been trying to get them to send a request to Transunion to update my account and close it. Their customer service is nonexistent their telephone lines are out of order there's no other way to get hold of these people, emails are not being answered. I've had it with these people. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THEM, THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS!
