Absolutely dismal customer service- nightmare to deal with

Pathetic service to say the least. Call centre agents are beyond *********** and can not assist with anything. No reference numbers are provided for calls logged, long turn around times. They cannot even transfer you to a supervisor so you just have to hope and pray your problem gets escalated. Call centre agents have a very dont care attitude. Do not bother opening an account with them. There is no accountability. My query was Escalated with Jo-anne on the 30th September and to date nobody has even bothered contacting me
