**** service, Whatsapp takes 20 minutes to respond. I have been in touch with Mobicred since Thursday, 26 August and it is now 31 August, 2021. A simple request of changing my cellphone contact number is going on for almost 7 days. They need to hire better staff. I have spoken initially to 4 consultants and still no resolution.
