5 Star Rating to Jaydene

I would like to give Jaydene a five star rating.I lost my phone, and i wanted to change my number so that I can place an order. I have been struggling since last week Friday, the system was down. I then called monday Tuesday nothing was done. I called again this morning wanting to speak to manager, as I have been strugggling to update my number, no answer from the Manager. I called again and Jaydene picked up the phone. I give her five star rating, because she picked up that my number was incorrectly captured and she ensured that my query is attended too immediately. I managed to place the Order. I was honestly starting to give up.Thank you so much Jayden, you did an awesome Job.
