The \owner"of Mobi App Design approached me some time ago in order to ask me if my business wanted to make use of his web design service. He showed me a website that he completed for Eldoraigne Motors in Centurion.<br> <br> I already had an supplier so I declined. I asked him if he could assist me with SEO optimisation of my site and he said yes and we agreed to a price. He phoned me constantly in order to get me to pay him the money over. <br> <br> After some time I decided against this as it was in breach of contract with my current supplier. So I asked him if he will run my google adword campaigns for me. We agreed on a price and I paid Him. After this he disappeared. I have tried to contact him via phone"
