Waitress Chamaine- Very Rude!!

Yesterday my partner and I went to dine-in at the Gateway branch as we enjoyed the food at Durban Point side. However the waitress ( Chamain- Nkuleh) was very rude and gave us such poor service we ended up not dinning in. When we called her out to ask if she was in a hurry as she threw the complimentary peanuts and menus at us she gave a very vague response, to make matters worse she responded, “ Anyways there is waiter that will come and serve you!!” Soon after that she didn’t wait for us to respond and headed to the table next to ours and said, “ Welcome to ……” which to us she never did!

The manager- Percy( not too sure of her name) did attend to us and apologised and told us it is the second complain she is getting about the same waiter. I am still waiting for a call that she said I will get about the matter.

We then moved to circus circus and enjoyed our night we got great service there as usual!!
