UNHYGIENIC RESTAURANT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STAFF

I was at Menlyn mall with my colleague for lunch I order chicken and chips and she order chicken and rice then there was hair in my food on tops of the chips, then we called one of the waiters he checked and took the plate away, then a female manager came to our table and she apologized and I accepted her apology as she was very professional, then I was offered a plate in the house meaning I won't pay for it which did make me happy because I was afraid I might find another hair. that being said when my colleague was busy eating she found hair on her rice that made me blast then the lady manager came again for apology but we were bit concern, then to cut the story short when the two on house plates (free) arrives we ate but couldn't even finish those plate because all the staff were giving us a very nasty attitude and that made me very angry because it was like we wanted free food that made us very uncomfortable because we left office for lunch with no bad intention.

please be very careful when you go and eat at Mozambik restaurant in menlyn level of hygiene is so unacceptable and the treatment from staff is very bad, and to the manager thank you so much you treated the matter very professional.
