Terrible service mozambik benoni

Absolutely Terrible service. We went to Mozambik benoni last night for dinner for my boyfriends birthday, when we got there we told them we were 18 people,we had to move the tables together ourselves. There was only 3 waiters on duty. The food took forever to come,they forgot one person's food the gentleman from the kitchen who brought the food to the table could not even differentiate the different plates of food called everything Chicken, when there were four different chicken dishes ordered. We had no nives and forks when our food came, we had to wait almost 20min for that. I mentioned more than twice it being a birthday no acknowledgement... Absolutely disgusting.. there was no manager anywhere to be seen. We use to love going there for all birthday celebrations but will not be going back.
