Poor service and cold food

Had the worst experience on 20/04/2022 with the Eden on the bay branch. Waited 45 minutes to be served anything to drink, waited a further 1 hour for our starters to arrive which were cold in any case. Ignored it then waited a further 1.5 hours for our main and everytime we wanted to leave, we were told our meal would arrive in 5 minutes - told this for an hour, only to get - you guessed it, COLD food. Our waitress came twice to our table and then sat in the kitchen hiding the entire time. If you can’t operate during loadshedding only accept a limited number of customers so your kitchen has capacity!!! I made a booking to ensure I could get a meal to celebrate but you made the evening so ******* no celebration was had!
