Poor quality of food

We had booked for 6 of us for fathers day lunch and the restaurant wasn't busy. We waited over 45mins for our food which all came cold. Even the kids complained about cold food. The quality of the chips were sub standard and looked like refried. Overall fathers day lunch was a disaster.
