poor customer service

I went to the restaurant to see if I could get a booking by chance for mothers day lunch. The guy tells me that they are fully booked, which I understand but then he tells me that he cannot rush his customers and ask them to leave.....i found that to be quiet an annoying thing to say cos I don't expect u to do that....then a white family cums by and they say, no tables available and I walk away to the restaurant next door. Walking back, I see them seating this family?????
