Poor customer relations coupled with inexperienced staff

When you order a rare steak and it arrives over cooked and tough as leather you expect the manager to replace it with what you ordered? Not at Mozambik Gateway. The manager not only argued with me about the level or rareness but proceeded to tell me that rump is a tough cut of meat! What the hell??!! I have had rump around the world and SA (and Argentina) have some of the best meat in the world and grilled properly with the right choice quality of meat, rump is never tough.
