Pathetic food

I was there on the 2nd of may , service levels are excellent 👌. however , the food is not that grand anymore. I chose this place for my birthday dinner and I highly regret it , the starter of squid heads was over fried and dry, we ordered the snail starter and the bun that came with was like a rock and the sauce for the snails was watery and not creamy and cheesy at all. My main meal, the calamari and chicken was dry with no sauce at all , I was immediately dissatisfied and as I said earlier as it was my birthday I did not want to make myself angry and spoil my day . Guys from the food you offered before when I was there till now it's pathetic, I will definitely not be visiting you again and I will pass the word to all my family and friends. Total disappointment for a special day .
