MOZAMBIK WHILSONS WHARF EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

MOZAMBIK WHILSONS WHARF Went to book a place for my friends birthday on 19th Dec. We discussed a booking with the absolutely useless female manager who looked half asleep. we decided to order and waited for an hour and 15mins for our meals. Nobody came back to us to advise what was the delay. Eventually the waiter came and advised us that she was preparing the food for us and showed us her messy hands. This is totally unacceptable considering Mozambik is a reputable restaurant. I was absolutely disgusted. We cancelled our order and the manageress and the waiter came running to us as if we were not going to pay for our drinks. They should of been more concerned about delay of the food instead. Where was the chef and why was the waiter preparing the meal. Extremely disappointed. Please replace your manager she was not even apologetic. Definitely wont go here again.
