Longest wait for food

I went to Mozambik Restaurant at Eden on the Bay on Valentine's Day, but was very disappointed with the waiting time for food. Some people went elsewhere, cause they couldn't wait any longer. We came at around 7 and only left at 12 cause of the long wait for food. I think they should get more waiters or more kitchen staff otherwise they will loose their clients.
