Hair in my food😭

Good evening.

I will like to bring to your attention the poor service we received at the Gateway branch on Sunday evening.

I had ordered the rump and 6 prawn meal. Firstly i had only received 5 prawns but chose to ignore it and started eating my meal.

After the third s**** of rice i noticed a strand of hair jutting out from under the rice.

I called for the waiter and told him the 2 issues at hand. He took my meal back to the kitchen. Couple minutes later i notice him waving to someone (assuming he is the manager) who then went to the kirchen.

Couple minutes later a gentleman came to the table(no introduction) and says to me I JUST WANT TO TELL YOU THAT THERE ARE ONLY MEN WORKING IN THE KITCHEN.

So i said to him what are you trying to tell me???...He says i am just telling you that...and i can make a new meal for you and give you the extra prawn. By now i had lost my appetite and said dont want to cos i actually feel horrible ...especially more over that it is being made out that i am lying about the strand of the hair.

Saddest part is there was no APOLOGY from your manager Michael.

Very, very dissappointing , with the service received.
