Good Food Bad service

I love their food and really felt like eating from there tonight but with 2 year old twins and a 6 year old we decided we would rather get take away. At first we were told that we couldn’t order between 6-8pm so just before 8 my husband went to the Hillcrest branch to order and wait for the food. At first he was ignored and then eventually a waitress said she would speak to the manager who then refused to take our order. Please note that the kids had eaten by this time so we were essentially only ordering for two people. We decided to go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed with their service and unfortunately now they have lost a loyal customer.
