Disgusting customer service after a disgusting experience

On the Saturday the 4 of June 2022, my brother and a group of his friends attended your restaurant, mozambik at the pearls. After completely their meal they found an adult size ****roach in his food. When he complained, someone removed R200.00 off his R1500.00. How is this a remedy? What type of mangers does this store have, that they believe this was good enough? I believe this was because they were a group of young boys and this is a disgusting way to conduct business.
