Disappointing service… extremely

*1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience at Mozambique Beyers

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Mozambique. My partner and I were not given the standard welcome, and our waiter didn't introduce himself or explain the service structure. When I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea, I wasn't given the option to choose between pre-mixed or in-house made, which was a huge oversight.

The drink arrived pre-mixed, and when I pointed this out, the waiter became argumentative and refused to take responsibility. When I asked to speak to a manager, he ****** about being the manager and only when the actual manager intervened did the issue get addressed.

To make matters worse, I asked for Tabasco sauce and was brought a different hot sauce without any explanation. My steak was also overcooked (ordered medium, got well done), and the dressing was served in an unlabelled bottle which was also not mentioned that it was a dressing

The manager did try to apologize and rectify the situation, but the damage was already done. The waiter's attitude and dishonesty ruined what could have been a great experience. Given my previous positive experiences at Mozambique, this was a huge letdown. Unfortunately, it will be my last visit.

I highly recommend induction for the waiters if you want to keep your customers
